Donna Mitchell-Moniak & Sara Traub

Donna Mitchell-Moniak is the founder and spiritual director of Spirit Fire Meditative Retreat Center in Leyden, MA. This is her second book. The first book, Magic in the World, the Seven Laws of the Soul, was published in 2002. She has been teaching of the ways of consciousness for over 20 years. Donna is a seer and healer, and has extensive knowledge of astrology, esoteric psychology, and the energy sciences. She is also a teacher of the profound practice of meditation. Sara Traub is the founder and president of the Centre for Esoteric Studies in Toronto and Thornbury, Ontario, Canada. She has been teaching, counseling, and writing on the subject of spiritual living since 1991 and has empowered many students with her wisdom in practical spirituality.
